THE 8TH AU TAE KWON DO CHAMPIONSHIP PRINCESS’S CUP12-13 November 2011 John Paul II Sports Center, Assumption UniversityTo celebrate His Majesty the King’s 84th birthdayanniversary, we are glad to organize this taekwondo tournament ravishing HerRoyal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s cup under the name “The 8thAU Tae Kwon Do Championship Princess’s Cup Celebration of His Majesty theKing’s 84th birthday Anniversary”. This is another good opportunity for athletes to apply and improve theirtaekwondo skills in the real competition as well as to promote sense of fairplay. The tournament will also bearranged following the university’s objectives encouraging teenagers to playsports for health and use benefits of leisure. We therefore set up the following agenda so as to neaten the

1. Name : THE 8TH AU TAE KWON DO CHAMPIONSHIP PRINCESS CUP CELEBRATION OF HIS MAJESTY THE KING 84th BIRTHDAY ANNIVERSARY2. Organizer: Committee of Taekwondo Club, Assumption University3. Qualifications of athletes 3.1 This tournament welcomes all Thai and foreign athletes. 3.2 Athletes must hold certificates over yellow belt. 3.3 Each athlete can enroll for one category only. 3.4 Athletes must abide by the international taekwondo rules and must not be under probation imposed by the Sports Authority of Thailand and the Taekwondo Association of Thailand. 3.5 The tournament is divided into 2 classes: Class A and B Class A athletes must hold certificates over yellow belt. Class B athletes must hold certificates less than green belt and had participated in any kind of taekwondo competition less than 3 times. *There is no class division for athletes aged over 18 years old.4. Terms and Conditions of participation: 4.1 Application fee: Kyorugi 500 Baht Individual-Poomsae 500 Baht Team-Poomsae (Mix division) 700 Baht Team-Poomsae (All 3 men or women per one team) 700 Baht4.2 Documents required for application: 4.2.1 The name list of athletes 4.2.2 Application form of athletes and photos 4.2.3 Permission forms from guardian (in case the athlete is less than 15 years old.) 4.2.4 Application form of the team staff 4.2.5 2 of 1-inch photos of the athlete, director, coach and advisor to be pasted on their ID cards *Please write down your full name, the team name and category behind the photo 4.2.6. The copy of your ID card or your birth certificate (Please bring the original one.)4.2.7 The copy of your Taekwondo Poom, Dan certificate issued by WTF or Kukkiwon (Please bring the original one.)5. First entry form and closing date for entries: 5.1 All official entry forms must be submitted to the Organizing Committee by 31 October 2011. (Any late submission will not be accepted.) 5.2 Please send the documents and all the athletes?name list to: 5.3 Payment Please pay through the Bank of Ayudhya (Assumption University, Suvarnabhumi campus branch) Account name: AU CSLEL 2011: TAEKWANDO CLUB Account number: 418-1-35628-1**Please keep the receipt as the evidence of payment and bring it on the weigh-in date. 5.4 The athlete is able to change the profile detail within a week after the deadline.
